Sylis – Billing Terms & Conditions

1. General

These Billing Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all purchases made through Sylis (“we,” “us,” or “our”) by customers residing in Australia. By placing an order on our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following forms of payment at checkout.

  • Credit and Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Amex, Union Pay)
  • PayPal
  • Apple Pay
  • Google Pay

3. Pricing and Tax

All prices displayed on our website are in Australian Dollars (AUD). We do not separately calculate or display Goods and Services Tax (GST). Prices are final at checkout unless otherwise stated during promotions or sales.

4. Order Confirmation & Billing

Upon placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Please ensure all billing and contact details are accurate. If there is an issue processing your payment, we may cancel the order.

5. Refunds & Returns

We offer refunds within 14 days of delivery in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
To qualify:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with tags attached

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receipt and inspection.

6. Non-Refundable Items

Gift cards, sale items, and personal-wear items (e.g., undergarments) are not eligible for refund unless faulty.

7. Disputes & Chargebacks

If you believe an error has occurred during billing, please contact us immediately. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may delay resolution.

8. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website with the latest revision date.
