Order Processing Time
- Our order processing time is 1–5 business days (Monday to Friday). This is the time required to prepare and pack your order after it is placed.
- Orders placed after 12:00 AM AEST will be processed the next business day.

Shipment Tracking

Address Changes
- We cannot change the delivery address once the order has been shipped.
- If you wish to update your address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.

Cancellations
- We can accept cancellations as long as the order has not yet been shipped.

- If your shipment is delayed beyond the standard delivery period, please contact us and we will assist you immediately.
Damaged Packages
- If your package arrives damaged, please refuse delivery and notify our customer service immediately.
- If the package was delivered while you were not present, please contact us for further instructions.
