Return and Refund Policy

By submitting a request through Sylis, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These policies are designed to ensure that you are fully informed about our return, exchange, and refund procedures. These agreements apply to all domestic orders within Australia.

14-Day Right of Return

We offer a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days from the date you receive your complete order to request a return. The 14-day period begins on the day your full shipment is delivered.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your product must be in good condition - either new or slightly used - and returned in its original packaging. Products with excessive wear, damage, or missing parts not caused by our error will not be accepted.

Returns requested more than 14 days after delivery will not be accepted.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

  1. Download and print the Return Form.
  2. Fill out the form and include it inside your return package.
  3. Contact our support team at support@sylis.com.au to receive your return authorization and any necessary return instructions.
  4. Send your return to the following address:

  5. When shipping, please use a tracked postal service. Send the tracking code to support@sylis.com.au.

Note: Returns without prior authorization or missing the completed return form cannot be processed.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective or incorrect items: Sylis covers all return shipping costs and provides a prepaid label.
  • Change of mind or other reasons: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Defective or Damaged Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If the product is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away at support@sylis.com.au so we can assess and resolve the issue promptly.

Restocking Fee

We do not charge any restocking fees.

Exchanges

Exchanges are available for items returned in good condition - new or slightly used and in their original packaging. Please contact our customer service to arrange your exchange and confirm item availability.

Refund Policy

We aim to process all refunds quickly and smoothly.

Refund Timeframe

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of your approval status.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.
  • Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received your refund within the expected timeframe, please check your bank account again and contact your card provider.
  • If you still haven’t received it, please email us at support@sylis.com.au - our team will respond within 24 hours.
